We ask you to think about your neighbors and other hotel guests. Please don’t make noise (radio, TV, loud music, screaming etc.) between 22:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m.

Instructions of the hotel staff of Amster Home Hotel, which are conform the hotels’ house rules, must be followed.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel. When you do smoke (in your room), we’re forced to charge you €500,- per occasion. This also applies to the use of an e-cigarette. Alcohol and drugs are not allowed. Prostitution is strictly forbidden in this hotel! Staff of Amster Home are allowed to immediately evict the guest out of the hotel without a refund.

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any other person for whom they are responsible. Damages will be charged.

We respect the privacy of all our guests. However, our staff is authorized to access the rooms if considered necessary (i.e. non-compliance with the hotel’s house rules).

A reservation is personal. Therefore, it is not allowed to receive unregistered visitors in the room.

Amster Home Hotel is not responsible for damage to or theft of personal property.

Unfortunately, pets or animals are not allowed. Illegally keeping a pet in the hotel will be charged (cleaning costs and the costs for removal of scents and pet hairs.)

In case of emergency, call 112 for police, fire department or ambulance.
